more shoes!

Amelie woke up at 11pm last night in a state. I knew I wasn't going to get her back down in her cot so brought her through for a cuddle. She settled okay at first but then got herself in a state again. She has a cold and I think she's teething. Anyway she was so worked up I put her back in her cot to calm down and hoped she was so tired she would fall asleep there...no such luck. She was in with me soon after and she messed around until way after 12. Eventually she seemed to settle down but she was awake at 6 this morning and not in a great mood. Her new trick of taking our hands to lead us somewhere was cute at first but now just ends in a tantrum if we don't/can't go with her. And this is what she was doing all morning. After one of these said tantrums she was sitting on my knee calming down and the next thing I knew she was asleep and it was only 9! After she woke up at 10 I gave her some calpol and she perked up. She had some lunch and Chris took her out to go and find a shoe rack and get some bits from tesco, leaving me here to work on some wedding things. She slept in the car and buggy when she was out with him too. When they got in Chris built the shoe rack and Amelie had dinner.

I put the shoes on the shoe rack and within 5 minutes the shoe rack had be de-shoed three times...
