Baptism

My first attendance at a baptism in a Catholic Church. The priest had already done mass twice and confirmations so when it came to the baptism at 1pm he seemed pretty exhausted. Apparently he is nearly eighty so I understand, he must have been pretty tired by then. He repeated some sentences twice if not three times at the beginning, gently swaying so we were unsure if it was just tiredness or something else that made him sway.

The ceremony was over reasonably quickly and the cards with the words (as seen in this blip) had been well-used before.

At the grandparents' house we had lovely home-made food and got to know some members of the family better and had a great time, eating and drinking. Now we hope that we might be invited to a wedding in the not too distant future, that would be great.
