Hungry for a Happy Hippo!

I was at my nephew's 2nd birthday party today. Had lots of fun playing about in the garden with kids toys and blowing bubbles. I especially enjoyed all the tasty unhealthy kids food and birthday cake! You wouldn't think I was type 1 diabetic!

This is my latest favourite creamy biscuit, the Kinder Happy Hippo Biscuit. Its a crispy wafer biscuit with a milky hazelnut filling. A great method for a blood sugar boost. Delicious!
