The day we abseiled off the Forth Rail Bridge...

This was a fabulous experience for an even better cause, Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. I'm used to abseiling at rock climbing so wasnt too scary, just good fun. Was amazing standing under the rail track when a train is going above your head, the bridge shakes and you see the tremors in the water.
