Tsipouro

Even though the time of the first distillation of tsipouro is around November here we thought to try a second distillation as an experiment to see if the taste would be improved. It was obviously all done in the spirit of science, any festivities (such as a lot of great food on the barbeque) that followed were purely coincidental!
