Partially anyway! The cake slice made its debut very convincingly! Never has cutting a cake been so easy or enjoyable- usually wrestle with a knife and the bits fall apart- but not this time.

Cake tastes good and I got the ultimate compliment from my niece who asked if nanny (cake maker extraordinaire- architect of our wedding cake) had made it. Woohoo!
