Liars

As I checked in to this bland hotel yesterday, the lady at reception told me I was guaranteed a good night's sleep, and, if anything stopped me from getting one, I should dial 1234 and they would sort it out.

When I dialled 1234, and asked if they could do something about the DLR trains and the planes from the City Airport she seemed stumped.
