Playing In The Waves

Only an underwater/splashproof camera can take this king of photo because just after you line up the shot you are hit by the wave and knocked under the water camera and all. I must say the shutter lag on my little Canon D10 was a bit of an issue. I ended up with lots of shots containing either no wave (too early) or no image (too late, the camera was submerged). Fortunately the water, even at 20:00, is plenty warm here in Zihua and I was able to stick it out until I got something in the camera that approximated what I had in my mind.
