Memories

My mum has given me my nan's old suitcase to sort through. It's full of old photos, ration books, hand made cards from her children and so much more. Unfortunately we don't know who some if the photos are of, I wish we had asked her when she was still here.

These are my two favourite photos. The first is my nan and grandad on their wedding day. Nan was not able to have a white dress, as she married during WW11. She always regretted it, but I think she looks lovely. The second must have been taken in the 70's, a few years before grandad died and they still look so happy.

I haven't done much today, but that's what happens when you start looking at old photos.
