Slow roast pork belly and risotto

Slow roasted pork belly with sage and onion risotto, parmesan crisp, lamb's lettuce and cider jus. This meal is on my lunch menu and is fairly popular.

Not the best picture but I was a bit in a hurry and it had to be sent out quickly as the rest of the meals had already gone for this table.

One more week till our holiday. I have decided to not take a laptop with me so I will have to back blip the whole week. I do however look forward to eating out every day and it can't get any better than eating seafood near the beach of a Spanish fishing village! I just thought that if there is wi-fi available I might be able to blip from my phone.
