Divine

We buried my last great aunt today, so ending a generation of female strength and influence in my family that extended from the last years of the 19th century through the Great War to the present day. Will we ever see their like again? Well maybe, my mother is the standard bearer born only in 1925, but she is now the head of both lines of her family and, if I may say so, although she has waited a little longer than her exact contemporary, The Queen, to assume her position, she will do an equally good job!
