Homeless

I spend considerable time shooting on the street and have noticed more and more homeless people. I've seen this man numerous times. However, he still manages to get handouts and I see him entering the local pubs and he still has money to buy cigarettes so I'm wondering if this is the lifestyle he has chosen. I have never seen him in any other clothing than what he is wearing.
