Monday cake

My man works in a malting company as a lab tec. He was there as a temp covering maternity leave. We were a bit nervous as the woman he was covering came back a couple of weeks ago. His contract was ment to be up at the end of this month. It was scary there for a bit.
Thankfully they have recognised how hard he works for them and just how amazing he is. They are keeping him on to the end of the year!!
When his job was still temp and we were worried that it wouldn't last long I started baking a cakes for him to take in on a Monday. My way of helping when there was nothing that I could physically do.
This is the latest: It's a lime and coconut cake with lime cream cheese frosting!
