Holy Cow!

Talk a walk around Lochore Meadows today (a good 3-4 mile walk), which includes a walk through a farm.

Wore the wrong kind of shoes, had trainers with thin soles on, not good for some rough terrain!

On another note, I'm working nightshift tonight, tried to stay up late last night to get into a routine, fell asleep at around midnight, woke up at 9am, gonna be shattered!
