nobody puts baby in the corner

...she goes there by herself.

Amelie slept much better last night, didn't come in with us until 4.30, and has been in a much better mood today. Which was good as Chris had been working last night and was working during the day today so it was a long day for Mummy. We got up and had breakfast (cornflakes, Amelie can't get enough of them at the minute!) and then I changed two dirty nappies, we went for a shower and I let her have a naked play afterwards. I was just putting a washing on when I thought, 'Hmm, she's very quiet' and when I went to check on her she was sitting on the floor in front of a pile of wee and poo. LOVELY. So it was back in the shower for Amelie and then nappy on straight away. Teething babies poo A LOT. Soon it was snack time and then nap time and then lunch time! After lunch we headed out to Baby Explorers for a sing and play. The toys they got out today after singing were really good ones - balls that lit up and flashed, fancy plastic sticks with glitter, sand and water inside them and other balls with nice sparkly things inside. Amelie was happy to play and I had to keep checking where she had got to! AfterwardsLookeengood and Stay at home Steve came back with baby Keen and Xavier and the three of them enjoyed a good play in Amelie's room whilst we enjoyed cups of tea.
When Chris eventually got in, he came with gifts! He had been to IKEA to get Amelie a little chair for the blue table! She helped him construct it, getting very excited, and proceeded to sit on it the wrong way until it was bathtime. A big hit I think

Edit - ok, so its a very predictable title!!
