Red Hot Poker

I'm afraid this shot sums up the wilderness that is my garden. Nettles and lots of them and in amongst them, valliantly surviving as a reminder of days gone by when the garden was presumably a lot more kempt, is a flowering plant (two in fact, if you look closely).

Dogs walked, work attended, dogs walked again, dinner cooked and not burnt, and now I'm off out for a cycle ride with my ipod. Talking of music, the new Kate Bush album (mentioned yesterday) is great in my opinion: her own (of course) reworking of a number of songs from The Red Shoes and The Sensual World.
