A Yin and Yang Sort of a Day
We all need contrasts
The bad makes us appreciate the good
The uphills make us enjoy the downhills
The dark makes up appreciate the light
Anyway, enough of this faux philosophy... did I have a point??? Doubtful so I will get on to the photo
This caught my eye when I was in the park with the girls tonight ( to be fair I notice it every time I am there but thought that maybe I shoudn't write " I have never really photographed this before as I wasn't that sure it was blipworthy, but tonight I am heading for emergency blip land so here goes ... )
It's a graffiti wall which gets painted in organised sessions on Saturdays with an art teacher, good as it's a constructive outlet for young people and I really like the contrast of it against New Mill ( by jingo, have I found myself blipping in Saltaire again)
The sky was poor and grey tonight so I just ran this through " solarise " on Nero Editor as I liked the effect when I did it on a shot of city centre recently
Bradford Skyline
That's all really. Contrasts of colour and contrasts of structures. I like it.
Time to chill now as my mind is buzzing, it has also had a day of contrasts. I have had a morning of clinical updates which made a lot of sense and then this afternoon I had a half a hour conversation trying my hardest to explain to someone on the phone that you can't catch chlamydia from being around a parrot. All in a day's work.
I am tired, the full moon is upon us and the effects always bemuse me.
Night all and I hope all you blip experts get some lovely moon shots.
Fab moon song
