Spruce shoots

New growth budding on my spruce tree plants. Cultivating two Norway spruce trees as you can see. They have now survived two winters. The snow covered them many months. The spruce buds are those tips of the spruce branches that emerge in spring. Spruce shoot syrup tastes quite yummy and is good against cold, head ache and everything.
