Looking towards the Fort

This picture is taken from the beach (crouching down by the rocks looking like a real pillock) in Seaview, where I live.... towards St Helens... the next village along.

Such a calm beautiful evening tonight after a very sad day at work... a dog I was nursing was put to sleep... I get far too attached and far too upset.

Roo decided it was about time she caused mayhem with the gulls tonight... chasing them approximately 50 miles in each direction... constantly yelling at them.... how dare they be on HER beach?? : )

ps...best large as I had to crop to get rid of a piece of dust on my lense!
