Went for a lovely walk today with my dogs, trying to get out and about with them a bit more but the old fella makes me feel guilty when he starts to hobble along behind me - arthritis setting in a bit for him I think.

Walked along the Formantine and Buchan railway line, and old disused line up here in Aberdeenshire, which has the advantage of being relatively flat and good visibility of people coming in the distance so the necessary action can be taken to stop the puppy licking people to death unrestrained.

The tiny wildflowers in this picture were what caught my eye, they were a beautiful shade of lilac, unfortunately not really clear in photo
