Here's hoping my window stops leaking!

Roof replacement has begun at York Lanes the building where I work at York University. Long overdue but welcome nonetheless it will take much of the summer to redo the roof and fix window caulking and whatever else needs doing. Pretty much every time it rains, my window leaks. So, like the title says...
