False bus stops
This photo is of the real modernist bus stop at the Royal Pavilion, Brighton. However not all bus stops are what they appear to be. Some nursing homes build false, imitation bus stops for their patients who are suffering from dementia. Some of these bus stops are even fitted with outdated advertisements and timetables 30 years outdated. The patients will sit at the bus stop waiting for a bus to take them to their imagined destination. After some time the nursing staff come to escort the patients back to the home.
Maybe a fate for us all!
Here's an article from Germany.
I'm not totally happy with this shot so expect to see another in the next few days! I think I need to stand in the bus lane with tripod to be in the best position.
