Not much outside to blip even though the sun is out. We went to the outside gym Keith dose it i sit and watch with molly. We get tired just looking at him.

We saw Keith's mum sat outside the ice cream shop on the way we went to the outside gym was there about 1/2 hour went on to the front and sat and had our ice cream then carried on home and his mum was just leaving the ice cream shop.


In our flat i am mostly the first up I normal make a cup of tea for us but Keith was fast a sleep this morning and did not make him one but he told me off for not making him one.

I went past and i could not get back to bed if i wanted to as you can see some one has pinched it she will stop there till her dad gets up
