The George

I had difficulty trying to find out exactly how old this particular hostelry is and I am currently none the wiser.

Despite its' apparent years I believe The George is quite popular with the younger members of the population of this town. Note the 4.00 a.m. closing time. It has to be something darned good to keep me out that late these days.

And what about the live football? Is it big enough to have a game a footie in there?
