I'm staying on in France for a few more days - I sent Haberdashery home today. It's been a pleasure showing her the highlights of Peyrassoulat!
The minute I arrived back from the airport run - the skies opened. While there is very little to do at the best of times, during a power cut, things go very much downhill. So I made a cup of tea, sat in the Pit, in the dry, and listened to the thunder, watching the rain just bucket down. Ooh, the drama, I love it.
