Not noticing the notice

Personally I quite like graffiti, but I guess I wouldn't if it was in my house. The funny thing is, this 'rec' ground really benefits from a bit of brightening up, since its main feature is a massive electricity sub station, which is not integral to anyone's idea of recreation or playtime. I can see why they've ignored the sign, to be honest.
