Gol Gappa for Dinner

Gol Gappa... Its a north Indian snack.

It comprises a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of water, tamarind, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. It is small enough to fit completely in one's mouth.

Another name given is Pani Puri.

Its addictive.

Had a delicious dinner which was topped by water melon juice to beat the heat.

Will try to blip a street vendor selling this in the future.
