I had a massage today.
I haven't had one since sometime in November, maybe before?
I was told while in school that for every ten massages you give, you need to get one.
I was so long overdue.

It was early this morning. It was wonderful.
I don't remember the last time I was that aware of my body.
Everything was so quiet. I could feel my own weight being pulled into the heated table, not pushed. I was sinking.

I didn't want to climb out of that feeling.
