Mmmm... Curry

Curry has been a favorite dish while growing up. When I'd visit my grandpa in Hong Kong, he'd take me to a Malaysian restaurant where I'd have a curry egg and rice dish. This here is a Vietnamese variation with tofu, but the key ingredient, coconut milk, is shared and makes it delicious.
