RPG anyone?

No sun whole day but only rains here and there.

These are LAPHU THARO, fruits(bananas) from plantains. Used to be eaten during change of seasons and change of environment by travelling in order to adapt the body to sudden changes in climate, diet etc. If you've just returned home from a long voyage or a long trip abroad, be sure you'll be served with one of these speciality.

Eaten either as a cake called Paknam (ingredients includes powder from peas or gram, salt, pepper, fermented fish, local seasoning herbs like Maroi Napakpi - all mixed in water into a solid paste - then finally covered and baked in turmeric leaves);
or cooked with potato and fish
or boiled and then made into the exquisite Iromba.
