A wasted day on my part. I was up earlyish, decided not to go to the gym, because I was knackered, waited for Mum to get up 11ish, at 11.45 asked if she was getting dressed as I was waiting to take her shopping to Alicante. Finally left the house at 12.15, drove to Alicante, into El Corte, lunch, then we wandered from the top floor down to the ground floor, bought nothing, paid 3.10? for the car park, drove to Torreveija. Into habaneras, looked in C&A bought nothing, walked round the market, bought nothing, into Carrefour bought food, home. Roy had forgotten to put the washing out for me, felt like crying, cup of tea, and 5 minutes sit down. Spag bol made for tonights tea, Mum asleep in the sun, bottle of wine chilling in the fridge.

I have the joy of wandering round the market tomorrow.
