The Garden Club plant sale was a success, well over $2500 raised, the leftover plants will be planted by the Scouts around our town Labyrinth(a church and Eagle Scout joint venture). Many folks went home heavily laden in greenery. We use the money to fund plantings around town, traffic islands and gardens in the center of town. My cards sold well and the town will be more beautiful for our efforts. We could never have done it without the Boy Scouts who helped and earned community service hours for their time. It was wonderful to see so many generations come together through greenery.
