Feed the birds......

For many years now our nestbox has been home for bluetit families. The parents zoom back and forth finding bugs for their broods and arrowing in to the box with their gastronomic delights. Caught this one just before he/she popped into the box.
Magpies have been a bigger nuisance this year than last and we try to keep an eye on our patch at least.
The chicks should fledge in a week or so and we will be watching to see they all get away as safely as possible.
