Birds of a Feather

The birds were clearly enjoying a big hatch this morning, all these birds were in the same group of trees making the most of it. Been after a shot of a Kingfisher & a Woodpecker for ages, then they both come along at the same time.
Not much happening on the fishing front at the lakes this weekend, the carp have been spawning since Friday night & all I managed was a huge, warty old bream. Still nice to escape to the lake & loads of photo oportunities, managed to get a carp in the lillies, back blipped for yesterday
