I was having yet another indulgent day, roaming around Fremantle with a delightful friend and looking for likely pictures. This statue thingy has been lurking outside a cafe for years and fitted my desire for slightly whimsical pics. As I lined up the shot the waitress came out and put some drinks on the table. it looks for all the world as though the statue was going to exercise his opportunistic right to whack her on the bum. Never turn your back on a Roman emperor.
