What is this a picture of?

I was attracted by the pink light reflected in the puddle, but that hasn't come out too well in the picture. The shopping trolley added a touch of gritty realism, and the cyclist - well, I followed him along the track and didn't manage to catch him!

We went to Sainsbury's tonight to buy provisions for our weekend in Torridon and I was intrigued by their trolleys - you can only wheel them about 20 metres from the store before the wheels lock. What a great invention! I look forward to a future where shopping trolleys are confined to supermarkets. Now, how about doing something to confine traffic cones to the road?
