Boundary Stone

After a long day in werk today I came home via the Tees Barrage and blipped this boundary stone.

I'm guessing it depicts the boundary between the Tees Harbour Port Estuary and the River itself, but I may be wrong, even Google couldn't help me find out!

Any ideas?!
