Who are You...

So, I am hoping that there are a few diptera experts in Blipland who will help me. I have been through google looking for who this little fella is, and the closest I| can get is hoverfly.

I'm not sure though. Any ideas?

I tell you what though, I never realised there were so many flies out there - or people interested in them!
