My Beautiful Mackintosh Mantel Clock

I bought this clock in Glasgow Scotland but I can't get it to work!!!!!

Charles Rennie Mackintosh (7/6/1868 - 10/12/1928) was a Scottish architect, designer, watercolourist and sculptor. He was born in Glasgow and died aged 60 in London. He is buried in Golders Green Crematorium.
