Welsh Cakes 3 ways.........DONE!!!!!

I love Welsh cakes so I thought I would make some today as my mother is asking for her bakestone back. Not that she uses it much, but I think she doesn't like me to keep it. But at least it is in her will that it come to me after she croaks it. Well, thats what she tells me.

So today I did Welsh cakes 3 ways, not very traditional I know but what the hell.

At the top we have plain Welsh cakes,
In the middle we have Welsh cakes with raisins,
And at the bottom we have Welsh cakes with choc chips.

Time to put the kettle on I think, got about 40 to get through so I need a rather large cup of coffee to go with them.
