Urban VIII

Another off piste take on the WBC theme of Urban this weekend.

This is Pope Urban VIII (1568 - 1644). From what I can see he spent a load of cash on wars, was rather nepotistic and had a run in with Galileo.

Not wanting to take a picture of a picture, I've taken a picture of a drawing I did of his picture today instead. I don't think the Vatican will be calling to ask to add it to their collection however. I think mine looks a lot less like Christopher Lee than the original though!
