I spend more and more time in the car travelling to mindless meetings and chasing my tail to be on time, I often snack for five minutes in a lay by and take a call or two. Today I spotted a wildlife trust sign suggesting a picnic stop and I did...only 20 minutes but it really refreshed me and made the next meeting bearable..I must suggest more meetings be held near this delightful stopping point..and put flatties in the car to stroll around the nature reserve
