This is my 24 year self unknowingly offering encouragement to my 30 year old self...

Found an old diary when I was at my folks tonight... I like this page... was maybe the reason I managed to run just over 8k tonight :)

Lots of inspiration & enthusiasm at work today too! Yippee!
