Noticed this on the way to church tonight. is the graffiti artist alleging that the building is haunted??

Lovely day today, Russia coming up everywhere, with a friend from my church here possibly going out to St. Petersburg for a few weeks for work, and one from my church in Nizhny possibly coming up to Scotland for a visit while he's in England for a few months. If I can't get out there this year, it will be great to see people here and pass things on to them!
