Not a clue... But it's a pain!

We have a few of these in the garden and they can grow quite big. The flowerhead is around 4-5 inches across and the plant itself can grow up to 4-5ft. I have no idea what they are, but they've self-seeded and they are too succesful. Despite the nice flowerheads I am thinking that they have to go....
