Waking up to rainstorms I wrongly thought people wouldnt be venturing out, and as it was my turn for a shift up at the Crafts Of Angus shop I set out for a quiet day.

Not before a call from mum letting me know she was home safe from NY - I know, she is an adult, but I still worry ;)

Anyway nobody told the customers it was to be a quiet day and I was busy. I did get the chance in between to play at drawing and do some colouring in sketch out some enamel designs and work on colour combinations in prep for this week work. I can't draw am not the worlds best artist but thankfully what I need is to do is deconstruct shapes down to a basic pattern- almost like designing stained glass - and work from that which reduces the technical skill to about that of a 3 year old.

Transferring to to working pattern and then enamel onto glass is another story, which
