Panoramic Meditation
After a week of rainy days, the weekend weather has been fantastic! The rain cleared the skies of dirt, dust and smog and what remains is clear air that provides amazingly clear views for as far as the eye can see. In the diaries of pioneers who traveled west across the plains is recounted the sight of the Rocky Mountains from hundreds of miles to their east at the Kansas/Colorado border. The Pioneers saw the mountains and wrote that it took days and days to reach them. That's how far away they were and how well they were able to see them due to the clear air.
Views like this are magnificent and soothing to the soul. I am glad that I have Eyes to See the majestic, magical world created for my enjoyment.
