get ready to rumble...!

Went to my first MMA class today. Really enjoyed it. Not at all what I was expecting. I ended up in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Very technical, and in the final 20 mins given over to combat, really knackering.
I have also to try Muay Thai, which I've been told is much more kick, punch, kick, punch...
