Neglected

I have lived in an old victorian house, over one hundred years old, since I was born, seventeen years ago. The old traditional window frames are lovely and give the house a huge sense of character, however when not maintained they fall into ruins. I have two large windows in my room and the frames are both rotten, one not as bad as the other. This one is the worst, and I have spent the evening trying to clean the mould off it instead of revising for exams which people keep telling me are important(?!)

The weather is rather miserable down here in the south; strong winds, drizzle and dense cloud. Yes I think I should be a weatherman? But this weather I find is just dull for photographs the lighting is pants and I prefer to get out and about with my camera but I just don't feel like braving these conditions. Therefore I resort to something around the house.

I felt the rotton window frame represented the rotton weather outside it.

I hope it brightens up soon, especially with half term looming,

I hope you're having a nice evening, despite this weather!
