Baby visit

Colleagues and I went for a baby visit to another colleague who'd become mum of a baby boy 5 weeks ago. We all are mum since various years and we fell in awe with this little baby boy. We found him in his babybed where he'd welcomed us with smiles and enthousiast arm gestures as if he'd been expecting us. We talked to him and he tried to speak back to us - lovely this respons! After we'd followed his mum to the settee he soon after cried out and it was paramount that he wanted to join in so I collected him.
By turns we held him in our arms and he enjoyed it all and we did too:) When  colleague W. sang him a lullaby and rocked him a little he fell asleep for a wee while and I pictured them. They are my blip for today.
